Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.

The hotel has all the all the amenities of a quality stay. The parking is convenient (28 Euros a night) and the breakfast was great with several options. The location was good for us as it was a 20 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus.

I had cash stored in the safety deposit box and I had noticed that a portion of it was missing after the first night of my stay. I reported this to the hotel manager but have not received any response nor resolution. Would not recommend trusting this hotel with security of property. Aside from this, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a decent selection of breakfast foods. Convenient location for walking and accessing public transportation.

Easy access to the tube -just across the road. The staff where very helpful The room was very clean, Super comfortable bed !! Need of more hooks in the bed room and shower room Plenty of hot water, Although not hot enough for me... Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet, alles war noch sehr neu. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert und sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Dank der U-Bahn hat man aber eine super Anbindung in die City und ist nach nur zwei Stationen am Schloss Schönbrunn. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station und ist somit gut erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt und das Schloss Schönbrunn sind schnell erreichbar. Wir sind einen Tag nach Eröffnung angereist, somit war der Zustand des Hotels super und auch alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Fahrstühle wollten teilweise nicht so richtig fahren und haben etwas gesponnen jedoch war das der einzige negative Punkt. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Essen. Unser Fazit: ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung wert.
