"We stayed 4 nights. we were offered a room with no air conditioning for cheaper price to wave a fee and to get in earlier than the usual arrival time. We loved that the pool was warm enough and hot tub was great. There's no supervision in the swim area so many children crowded and swam in hot tub but we made the best of it and still enjoyed it. There weren't always big towels or towels at all but eventually they would get there. The gym was nice. We loved the free drinks and snack time and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The front desk person really helped us when our car broke down. waived our check out time and was very supportive. Loved all the decorations, the trees, the elevator. The room set ups. "
