"I requested a room far from the venue, and handicap accessible. I actally requested by pool which is F5 or F4. But, i did put in F7. We eere first given Bulding F7 the last room on the floor, the longest distance to get to from our vehicle. When we saw room , we immediately went back n said it was unacceptable.
