"This place is impeccable. In spite of it being in an historic building it has been lovingly maintained. Our triple room had an enormous bedroom with twin sinks. The beds were in separate rooms and there were original paintings on the walls. Breakfast was very good. Stay there if you’re in the area."

We had views of front garden (impressive cedars). Super vista from the terrace and a great outdoor pool. "Quick one night stop over on route from UK via Cherbourg to Dordogne. 2 adults 3 young kids. We booked the wooden Summerhouse/Chalet because it was more fun for the kids. We got exactly what we booked, perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful given our poor spoken French. Woke up with the song from the birds in the woods. Breakfast was perfect, great coffee, freshly baked bread, home made jams, apricots, yoghurts and pain au chocolat."
