"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."

"We arrived early and not only could we access our room, but we were given an upgrade to a larger room. The staff could not do enough for us - dining reservations, taxi request, shopping and dining suggestions etc."

"Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "
