"Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service. "Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."
