"Our stay in the Fairfield was exceptional. From the beautiful foyer to the adequately sized and comfortable room, the hotel was very well appointed and provided all requirements. However the outstanding feature was the superb service offered by the staff. There was a high staff/guest ratio. All were smiling, friendly and extremely attentive, most even anticipating our wishes and choices after one asking! Thoroughly recommended. "

"Acess to private beach. We had a chalet near to sea so it was nice experience. Food options in tje restaurant is having limited choice. They shoud introduce or give oprions for more authetic south indian dishes. Over all it was good "

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful "

We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Special thanks to Pawar, Rakhee, and Mhare for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable. We are already planning our return trip!"

"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. "Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond expectations. Well done to Taj team. "
