"What a friendly and welcoming group of front desk individuals that made up the TEAM at Springhill Suites in Peabody. Phyllis greeted us (instantly recalling that I had reached out days previous by phone to plan a surprise for my new husband, and she never let on the secret!) Mary greeted us in the morning as we made our way to our complimentary breakfast of freshly made waffles, homefries, eggs, and all the things that make a VACATION BREAKFAST perfect. Mary had gotten information from Phyllis before her, that we were celebrating our wedding and she congratulated us with enthusiasm and joy, with a twinkle in her eyes and a smile that lit up the whole lobby!! The overnight team member, Tom, brought us some luck when I asked him for his lucky number and we were all tickled to win on the roulette wheel with his number when my new hubby and I took the short ride down the road to the casino at Encore. The facility is clean and it SMELLS GOOD everywhere, I don't know how they manage that! Our room was comfortable and modern and we slept like babies. We're already looking forward to our next stay!!"

"It was a quick over night coming in from the Azores with only connecting flight leaving in the a.m. We were jet lagged and ready to go home and the night clerk was very accommodating. The room was clean, efficiently designed, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would change is being able to watch a little tv before crashing. There was some app or case something that had to be figured out and we didn't really want to deal with it since we were getting up at 4:30 a.m. Everything else was quite good."

"The Sonesta Boston/Danvers is a wonderful hotel conveniently located close to major access routes and shopping. The staff is extremely accommodating and goes out of its way to ensure the stay is comfortable and enjoyable. It is my hotel if choice when visiting family and friends in the area."

"It was a comfy bed and pillows but bathroom shelves were dusty and decor dated. "

"This hotel is ideally situated between Salem and Boston centre. Just a short metro ride into Boston or a bus ride to Salem. The metro (for both) is right outside the hotel. It sits upon the beachfront which I'm sure is a treat during the summer months. Hotel pleasant, area itself lacks in atmosphere or things to do but this wasn't a problem for us as we're out all day. Breakfast is nice enough and there's a small pool downstairs. Very nice place to stay. Oh and the shuttle service to the airport was extremely useful."
