"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "this is a place suited for people who does not require hot water shower in winter. turn on the tap for almost an hour. when reception is informed, they’ll tell u electrician is sleeping. take a shower tomorrow morning but hot water never come. i’ll never come back even if it is free, pay to get tortured."
