"Super happy with this property. The staff was very welcoming and constantly checked up on us to see if we needed anything. I particular shout-out to Elizabeth who checked us in and was particularly kind after a long day of travel. This is a small, boutique hotel, the room was spacious and clean and the Italian restaurant on the first floor is delicious and handy. Gild Hall is within walking distance of many attractions, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and even a full grocery...

"Have stayed at Arlo Soho several times because I loved the location and it’s near my daughter who goes to NYU. The hotel always smells great is clean and I love Linden’s the restaurant inside of it. Will definitely stay here again. The rooms are kind of small, but you expect that for New York. Plenty of room for two people."

"Great location, close location to subways. Friendly staff. Overall the property is nice but the rooms still have carpets. They look old and had a few stains on them. The air quality in the room was also not great, and no fan in the bathroom doesn't help that situation."
