However, room service had a disconnected line with no way to reach them, even through the front desk, and the response provided by management was that it was a busy time, which didn't explain the inability to even reach them. "The hotel has a nice pool, beautiful view, great bartenders. Beds were very comfortable. I do feel some of the amenities need an update. The gym had both treadmills out of order during the time of my stay and the washer and dryer that is complementary was down as well. I brought a bag of clothes down to wash and couldn’t. Otherwise the property itself was nice. "

"This is a beautiful resort ! Lots of dining choices around although just room service on property. There is also no liquor drinks at their tiki pool bar . They have wine and spritzers and ice cream.
