"Enjoying the history related to this property. The courtyard is beautiful. The elevators were not working so this created added trips back and forth to the car to unload items. The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "

"Good, convenient location in Downtown. Hotel needs a major refurbishment. Ancient AC/Heat unit could only groan and look filthy. Bathroom door wouldn't close, warped, and toilet seat broken. Ceiling of bathroom/microwave cracked with peeling paint and paint chips on the floor. Door to room was not very secure. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom linens were good. "Nice property, very clean & comfortable rooms. The check-in process was slow (10 people in line with only 2 counter persons working) & we got awakened after midnight by a roving band of young folks making noise. Also, 1 elevator was out of service & another was balky, so waits for the lift were long. Parking is convenient, the site is very close to downtown restaurants & the performing arts center. Overall a good stay that could have been better had the other guests been a little more...
