The sink was also cracked and the faucet was useable but would come off when we turned on the water. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Overall we had a stay. "

"My grandmother passed away so my husband and I along with our ShihTzu, booked a suite for two nights to attend her funeral. The room was very clean. It was a large room with a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. There was a huge tv. There is a ton of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We first looked at the Motel across the street. It was terrible! Lake Roy was a nice clean facility the staff was very friendly, the only thing was we had to stay in a upstairs room and im handicap. They do not offer an elevator! Over all it was good ! "
