"This little hotel was really outstanding. Very clean, excellent service, wifi worked well. Great location overlooking the lake. Underground parking was tight but very manageable. We had to leave early on the day of departure so they even went out their way to set up some breakfast for us specifically. A bit of a walk to Malcesine itself - would recommend the bus or driving rather than walking. Bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and buses are frequent."

"We stayed as a family in two rooms in August. Rooms were both very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Shower cubicles feel a little small ( I am not a big person) but bathrooms very clean and tidy. Air con in rooms did not get very cold but worked well enough. Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with towels and hardly using them. "Hotel Carullo is situated near the cable car in Malcesine. It is five minutes walk to the cobbled streets in the old part of the town and no more than a few more minutes to the lakeside. Lovely swimming pool and gardens to relax in. Plenty of sun loungers available. There was also a cabin selling drinks and ice creams by the pool, and there was also a gym . Staff very helpful. We had a large bedroom with a mountain view. Breakfast was good. "
