"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! "This time experience was not good. Room thas allotted for the same price 15 days ago was half the size. No latch on the room door. The lock also didn't work. So, lived in a room that could not be locked from outside. For room upgrade,the answer was difference between rack rate and what I paid through hotels.com. Even the commission amount was not offered in the offset price. One set of front staff is good,another is purely commercial. In all I may not stay here in future"
