"The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however,...

"It was a great location to go to Disney and other places. Some of the tv's did not work properly, had to change to English setting on main tv, no remote for the one bedroom upstairs, and the downstairs bedroom tv did nor work properly. Microwave light did not work. Had to connect the upstairs bathroom it was disconnected had to reconnect it. Not enough comfortable seating should have another small love seat in the living room. Overall it was a nice place."

"Property was nice and clean but forcing customer to pay refundable deposit money hours before check-in was really a downer. Pool reheating needed 2 days advance notice which is really weird as we paid the property owner to use it at will. checkout time was also miscommunicated what showed on Expedia which led an hour of harrasment by property manager."

"It is as nice but a few spots on the carpet and broken shelf’s in the refrigerator a few roaches in the kitchen. Didn’t like the fact we had to pay to warm the pool after the high expense stay. Some strict rules and hidden fee. Fees was not discussed till arrival day. "

"This property is most certainly NOT stunning, it is very tired , needs a thorough deep clean and re decorating throughout . The space is good , location good but the gate on the entry from the SR535 was not working properly for the whole 14 days with queues up to 10 cars waiting to enter the complex . Other than that ok ."
