"The property itself is nice. Big home with everything you need. It even had toiletries to get you by on the first day or two. I’d just add maybe some instant coffee to help people get going in the morning if they get in late the previous night like I did. The cons with this property were the pool table was missing the triangle, there was no chalk and 2 pool cues were useless. The air hockey table is very rough and scoreboard did not work. "The property was excellent, however the unit i stayed in had a couple of issue's. Some chairs to the dinning room table were broken. I had to clean the tubs before use and the heater wasnt working. The heater issue was resolve immediately. With minor issues definitely would book again. "

"This was a perfect place for a family to go! We also enjoyed watching the alligator outside. Had everything you need. Beds were comfortable and it was spacious as a family of 7. Very accommodating and good communication. Splash pad and pool were perfect for the kids and the house also had fun stuff in it for kids as well. We definitely said we’d stay again if we ever came back. "

"I would not recommend the poperty @Solterra 6086 Broad Oak dr to any family. My wife had to wash linen, towels,dishes pots and pans,clean dired feces off the banister, everything had a red candy sticky surface.The electrical oultlets didnt work or were burned the furniture was dirty or broken.And noone from WonderVacation homes replied to any of texts messages,or emails. "The property may actually be quite nice, but we unfortunately never got to stay here. The owner of this particular town home at 4112 Calabria would not agree to a change the booking dates due to our (documented) medical emergency, making it impossible for us to travel over spring break. We would have taken any dates available a few months in the future when my son was well enough to travel again, but the owner refused any type of change for us so we lost out on all the money we paid for this...

"The property is comfortable, its rooms, dining room, pool, the only thing that when we arrived there was a garbage bag in front full of flies, the garbage can inside the garage stank, many flies inside the house and the carpets and furniture dirty hast with dog hair"
