"The property itself was nice. Very big, comfortable, cute decor. However, there was an issue with the trash bins that were stored inside the garage (according to the instructions, the bins were to be stored inside/out of sight even though all the other houses had them outside near the garage). The trash containers were NASTY. They were full of maggots and with a fetid foul-smell that made it IMPOSSIBLE to be inside the garage and enjoy the games that were there. "Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. Every game in the game room was broken. We got the house dirty and spent a hour just cleaning the oven. There were no extra bath towels and no pool towels at all. We had to buy towels because we did not have enough. ACO management was horrible and did nothing to help. We have stayed in solterra 5...
