"The Hotel was very nicely decorated outside & in the reception area for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to call reception to have the heating switched out as the room was a little cold when we first checked it but that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Killarney area. "

"As usual, our annual stay at The Plaza was exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the beautiful mulled wine! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so we enjoyed a drink in Cafe du Parc and the front desk called us shortly after to stay our bags were in the room so we didn’t have to worry. "Lovely hotel, welcoming staff, O'Donaghues Bar is part of this property and the food/drink choices are excellent. One of the zip-link mattresses needed replacing on one side of the bed, very saggy/worn compared to the other side."
