"We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds "

"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "

"As usual, our annual stay at The Plaza was exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the beautiful mulled wine! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so we enjoyed a drink in Cafe du Parc and the front desk called us shortly after to stay our bags were in the room so we didn’t have to worry.
