"Easy check in. Or room 005 was in the basement facing the road. There was little noise from the road so it never bothered us. I left something in the room and it was returned to me within 5 days. OK for one night whilst attending the Royal Albert Hall concert which is in easy walking distance."

"I really enjoyed staying at Ember Locke, the room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. It’s a great location, very walkable to Earls Court station and Kensington High Street. I would really recommend it to anyone staying around here. Just for balance, the room was very hot despite the heating in the room being turned off. I found the service at breakfast a little bit chaotic but the food was fantastic. Would appreciate if mugs could have been available at breakfast as the cups were very small! "

"The hotel and front desk team were asbolutely incredible, very helpful and welcoming. We found the mattress a bit hard but overall the room was great! The only real moan would be a member of staff in the restaurant was rude to my partner when we were looking to order drinks which put a dampener on the evening but overall we had a very pleasant stay.
