"Wish I saw there was no elevator. It was super tough walking up and down stairs with three big suitcases. The cot was just that, a cot, and it could not have been more uncomfortable. The room for 3 (with cot) was about the size of our closet at home. Tiny! That’s enough bad stuff. The staff and housekeepers were amazing! Location was perfect! "Beautiful hotel just a few minutes away from Earl’s Court Station. Very quiet and beautiful upscale neighborhood in the Kensington area. We felt very safe waking to and from our hotel. Lots of food options close by. The staff was friendly and our room was the perfect size for two. Actually, bigger than expected! Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. We highly recommend this hotel! "
