The staff are very good - courteous, friendly, efficient. My only misgivings, which we overcame, was the lack on information on how to use the shower and the coffee maker. "

Had a kettle safe and 2 bottles of water but little else eg hand lotion, conditioner. Parking available on site. Very close to the natural history museum and walking distance to Knightsbridge, Hyde park and Albert hall. Was a good price for the stay. "

"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."
