"I arrived after 2 am and the check in was simple. My bags were carried to my room, facilities explained on the way. Great service, staff was super helpful and kind the entire time. I had a wifi issue that was managed very quickly. Great amenities! The breakfast was great as well! Safe and comfortable! "

"Staff was very corteous at the time of check in, He had upgraded my room but 1 thing i didnt like about , when i requested for shuttle service from hotel to the airport to other desk person in night time itself , she refused and said you will have to call in morning prior 15/20 mins of ur check out time and if its available thn only they will provide shuttle services at the Airport . i had very early morning flight . I dont appreciate Limbo kind of situation.. proper shuttle service arrangements must be there ..most of the time people prefer staying into hotels closer to the Airpot just because of easy shuttle services for drop off and pick up . Other thn that i had very pleasant stay at the hotel .i'll definitely recommend my friends n family to stay at this Hotel on their Visit to Delhi .😊"

"This is a large, opulent hotel with several restaurants and a very helpful staff. They arranged transportation and a tour guide for our custom itinerary with no hesitation. The club level bar area was well worth the upgrade... delicious food served frequently and the wine was good. The service was the highlight, as they will go out of their way to accommodate you, and make sure you are happy. Highly recommend."
