"This is probably my 10th stay in Eros and is like second home to me. There are many long-term staff members, and it has an old school charm to it. The service is phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The bar has a nice happy hour. There is a nice garden out back, for walks and a nice pool for summers. The Lotus temple and many restaurants are all walking distance. There is a large park nearby for morning walks. I cannot recommend Eros enough. "

"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. Later, however, Expedia sent an email saying that the hotel said I had upgraded my room and so they would not honor the price I booked for. Someone is lying. "Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3.
