"The rooms and property are clean for Western standards. This is probably the best feature. There was no odor to the room. The walls are thin so you will hear neighbors if the TV are talking is louder than normal. The gym is limited with equipments, but it does have a separate sauna, jacuzzi room which is nice. The biggest negative is the breakfast. The choices for breakfast were limited and mediocre. The front desk customer service was mediocre."

"The location was super convenient, leading to the heart of ximending within a couple of minutes walking. Staff were lovely upon check in and the minibar with free noodles and free snacks was a cherry on top to rest and eat after a long day of exploring.
