"This was a great stay! All staff were extremely kind, the front desk is amazing. I was worried after booking and reading the reviews but it was the absolute opposite of the reviews. I would definitely stay again. I left my coat at the property and they are mailing it back to me they were also so very helpful in finding it. "

"The CitizenM chain of hotels is a great find! The staff were so lovely at San Fran and it was impeccably clean. The rooms are on the small side and perfect for a lone traveller. I love the open areas where freelancers work and the bar is cute and inviting. I really loved it and it's proximity to shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again in a flash. "
