"Good for visiting NY city as bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Take bus 320 to Port Authority bus terminal. 20 min journey. Easy if visiting. Good hotel. Ok breakfast. Rooms ok if not spending too much time in them. "

"Hotel was excellent inside, yet parking was across the street, though the hotel did not work the parking deck and while I prepaid the parking deck they still charged me a second time to exit the deck, attendant straight up ignored me through the glass as I tried to show my receipt, 5 cars stacked up behind me honking waiting to get out."

"Our stay was a family trip we reserved 2 rooms and we were no where near eachother. One room was on 2nd floor other on 5th floor. Which was not ideal. Breakfast was very good but very hard when it was super busy. Think the would benefit in opening up the room where the food is take down the wall and make it one big open area . But everything was tastey and hot or cold. Perfect temps. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely go back."
