"Everything about this hotel was lovely. Slightly dated but the views was amazing, the location was fantastic fot getting around and there being so much to see and do. So close to sea port village which was good. And it was so close to the airport too! "

"I liked my stay! I stayed in a beautiful balcony room facing the pool. Lounged all day with the window open listening to the breeze as I got ready for my night at the theater. The room was clean and spacious, and the noise complaints I had read really didn't bother me as it was a quiet night I suppose. I wish I had brought swim suit as the few people in the pool and hot tub made me incredibly jealous, even though it was a chilly night the pool seemed to heated and warm enough to get in. My one complaint was that I had wanted to eat dinner and have drinks in the hotel restaurant but it was closed! On a Saturday night i was kind of shocked that it was. They had the pool bar open and we decided to have a drink there which was.. okay, the staff very nice but it was so awkward because they kind of just stared at you, I kept thinking to myself "say hi! your working in customer service" i was always the first one to engage in a hello first which just made me feel uneasy and I wanted to just finish my drink and the get out of there. Other than that experience, I would stay here again and again, just maybe make reservations for dinner and drinks elsewhere ahead of time."

"Friendly staff, lovely room and grounds. Easy drives to restaurants etc. Walk to park was nice and lots to see... Macaws and koi were fun to see.... "

"A friend and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The front desk staff we spoke to were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to some downtown restaurants and the nearby Starbucks. On our first morning we had an issue with the shower not working properly. We asked one of the housekeeping staff who alerted a facilities engineer and the issue was resolved within minutes. We parked in the parking C garage directly across the street and saved a bundle on parking. I recommend the bay/water view overlooking Coronado and Point Loma. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice place to stay! Very friendly staff! Very clean and easy check in and check out process. Parking is 65$ vallet only at the hotel. But a parking garage about a half a block (3 min walk) is only 15$ overnight parking! I will definitely stay there again when I come back to San Diego! "
