"Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required. "

"We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included. The food was extravagant and excellent, but note that it will not be appropriate for very picky eaters. "Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable.
