"Stayed at The Jefferson for a 3 day weekend to reconnect with friends, Richmond was our 1/2 way meeting point and I had previously lived there & was familiar with the area so there was no question we would stay at The Jefferson. The complementary shuttles provided via The Concierge were so convenient for going to explore the vast array of wonderful dining options (much expanded since I lived in Richmond 20 yrs ago!), the area is safe and quiet and during the day we could easily walk to a variety of coffee shops and cafes for breakfast/southern brunch or afternoon snacks & cocktails. We did not dine at Lemaire but the menu looked wonderful and we did frequent the bar most evenings upon returning from our outings, drinks were delicious! The most wonderful thing about The Jefferson is the efforts the staff make to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. The hotel itself is a sight to behold, From the alligator statue and foliage at the main entrance to the amazing stained glass ceiling in the front lobby, the building is magnificent. Our service was impeccable, rooms are clean, updated nicely, and the beds were comfortable. We got massages at The Spa and they were heavenly! We will,definitely return to The Jefferson"

"The manager was very welcoming here and made us feel like we were part of the community and showed interest in our visit. He was very genuine and warm. Staff was friendly and we were very pleased with our hotel accomidations. Would highly recommend this hotel location."

"I haven't stayed in a best western in years. This property was clean, the bed and pillows were nice, and the toiletries provided were also nice. Property was clean, close to the interstate, and has a restaurant on property (restaurant was not open during my visit) Staff was attentive and friendly. There was a large soccer tournament so most other hotels were booked. Im glad I chose to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. My only notice was the tub handle was weird but worked, the water pressure good, and the weird faucet did not impact use. It was like the metal used to connect the faucet was too long, nothing major."
