"Great house and location, only let down by one aspect the mattress in the main bedroom the spring can be felt on your back which was disappointing. this could be easily solved with the addition of a mattress topper. I would defiantly stay again as I'm a regular visitor to Hull . please update me as i would like to book again. "

"Booked for 2 nights stay. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road. "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...
