"Nice property, well appointed and clean. It made a good base for exploring the area. Car parking was close by, site kept in good order and the dining was first class. The only one downside was the noise from the apartment above, the floor creaked everytime the occupants walked around."

Easy access for town. Lovely reception staff
"Very helpful at reception. Nice and easy for walking in to town, railway station or stadium. Parking was off site but felt secure. Yes will stay again and probably with in the next month or so but taking more rooms as with larger family."

Cromer Country Club is a good walk from the Town Centre, we walked the cliff path down to the pier and walked back through the town centre - all uphill going back so you need to be fit or at least fitter than we are.

In my opinion Overstrand is better than Cromer which is too busy at times.
