"The hotel is centrally located so if you want to do all the usual touristy activities, then this is the place to be. It is also right beside the metro so going to Universal Studios Hollywood and downtown LA was very convenient. The staff was highly professional and efficient. The hotel is clean and provides room cleaning on a daily basis which is wonderful. "

"All of the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room had a wonderful view of the city and was well appointed except for no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lovey lounge, great cafe downstairs for breakfast. The only thing missing was fine dining or at least high end appetizers in the lounge! "

"Average Hotel. The rooms were clean, but rather basic. Was overpriced for the stay, but during a concert at the Bowl, so not unexpected. And a super easy walk up to the Bowl and back. The staff was really nice and helpful. The little Mexican restaurant at the hotel looked kind of sparse and didn't expect much but was actually decent and reasonably priced. "

"Location is perfect - In the heart of the Hollywood area. 10 mins walking distance to Hollywood Boulevard and Walk of Fame. Door to door hike-able to the Hollywood sign. The room is as photographed but it needs some TLC. My room was a bit worn, the shower floor was stained and it feels a bit old. The hall way light stays on all night and it strongly shines through the gap of the door. Staff - Extremely polite and helpful. I came down with the flu on day 2 of my trip and they accommodated me...

"Convenient and quiet location. Safe parking. Rooms are not very spacious but it is enough if you’re just staying for few days. Free coffee and water in first floor was a plus. However would’ve liked to see more ambience in lobby. Overall. Good stay and great value!"
