"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. "The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. "The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"
