"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. Will be back again to this hotel. Thanks for wonderful services "

"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"

"This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has invested in significant sound proofing that completely solved the problem older reviews mentioned about the motorbike bridge making noise. They basically enclosed the balconies with soundproof windows. You can open the windows and will be somewhat amazed at the clackety sound of the bridge as motorbikes go over it, but it all goes away when you close the windows. Kudos to the hotel for addressing this issue. They said eventually the government is going to close that bridge to motorbikes, and make it a bicycle and pedestrian only bridge. We used the hotel to book our tours and drivers, and found them to be very competitive vs. booking on our own or using Grab. "

"The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail. "
