"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."
