"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. "The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...
