"Beautiful place and very nice hotel. Front desk is awesome and friendly. However Waiters at Kitchen are slow. You could wait for your coffee for 5 minutes. Waiters in dining restaurants don’t get your order right away. Drinks first and it has to take some time before you can order the food. Main pool bar is not friendly unless you tip them. "
