"There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least. Oscar Leboeuf"

"Delightful 4-day stay at this way-above-average charming hotel. The location could not be more convenient if you want to spend time in the historic areas. Staff were friendly and made excellent local recommendations.
