"Very nice and comfortable family spot. No restaurant on site which was too bad and for three nights, no housekeeping. There were tennis and pickle ball courts which was fun for the kids. Lots of folks walking and several small swimming pools. The unit was outdated and generally clean but could use a deep clean and some updates. "Great property that is far superior to a hotel. Having a full kitchen and laundry, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for the same or less expense as a hotel makes Paniolo Greens my favorite choice on Big Island. "
