"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"Got off on the wrong foot when they said there was a $35 early check in fee. We were 20 minutes early. She ended up letting us in though. The room was very nice and quite large but the floor was dirty. TV was frustrating. We usually sit outside most of the time but nights were chilly. Town was a disappointment.
