"We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. "So as Marriott properties go, this one is spectactular. The beds were comfortable--great bathrooms, FREE washer dryer (so great at the end of the day to dry the bathing suits) and free water bottles and water filling stations everywhere. You also have access to the Mauna Kea (next hotel up the beach) where the food is better (and more expensive) and there's a different beach for a change of scenery. We rarely visit a place twice, but Hapuna Beach is pretty close to perfect. "
