"It is a large hotel, many rooms, and we were there during Holiday party seasons, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The pub at the lobby was always loud, but we didn't hear it in our room. "Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."
