"This is my first time staying in this area and I enjoyed it. There was many things in the area that I did not have to go far for. I actually walked to Plaza de Americas. It was a 25 minute walk that I enjoyed. The property itself was fine, an average apartment building. The only thing I would change is that my room was on the third floor and I recently had an issue with my leg I wish I would’ve known it was a walk up building because I would’ve asked for at least a second floor or so, the room...

"The person on the front desk said, you’re booking is a fake, and I had to be on the phone with Expedia over the hour, they couldn’t understand how come it’s fake, if everything is good. When we came back to the property, and started to argue, whey found my reservation. "

"What a lovely surprise this suite was. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance and so glad I did. The suite was beautiful, clean, perfect location and the host was very responsive. The suite is on 5th Ave and close enough to Walmart to walk. There is everything you need in the suite to do breakfast and lunch at home. You are so close to many restaurants and shopping and the pool area is perfect. All in all 10 stars. "

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.They think of everything that we might need. The free bikes are a great way to get around. The beach towels and chairs made our visit to the beach wonderful "

"It's a very pretty condohotel on 1st Av, only a 1 minute walk to everything. Nightclub next door will be heard at night, but not overwhelming. Rooms are very small, but nicely furnished and very livable for short stays. But don't plan anything very long in an approx. 400 sq ft 1 bdrm unit."

"We enjoyed our apartment that we stayed in, but there was construction the whole time with unreliable start and stop times (directly next to the pool). The concierge service was lovely and super helpful as well, but their hours seemed to fluctuate a bit. We had also asked them to push the two twin beds together into a king and arrived to two twins. Other than that, we really enjoyed the air conditioning, private balcony and rooftop hot tub, and the golf cart service to the Marena Beach Club on...

"Close to everything you need. Excellent restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. A little loud as it's right on 5th Avenue but we got used to it. "
