"I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water."

"The hotel is in zona colonial & is A very nice boutique hotel indeed close to all tourist attractions. The main issue was the wifi as it was completely disastrous given it was disconnecting constantly and for someone like my self who works remote , it was far from ideal. Also very strange that they had a good breakfast included but no water was provided free which needs to be rectified as it seemed very silly. "The property doesn't look like a hotel, nothing work, the pool was out of service, the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi on property. A restaurant with no food and no beverage not even water. The room only has 2 outlet. If the tv is on that left you with one other choice. No iron or iron board. The worst i ever seen for that price"
