"Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms."

"Only stayed the 1 night. Staff amazing from reception, bar staff and the poor individual that had to change a bed at midnight after original sofa bed jammed. Really felt well looked after and hotel was really pleasant. "

"It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"

"Had a wonderful time at Stamford Bridge Hotel. booked to see a Chelsea game but it was conveniently located for other London sightseeing. Close to tube station. Staff was super helpful when we had to extend our stay due to weather back home. Food was great and lots of options at the hotel and also nearby neighborhood. "

"Location was great, train and tube stations were easily accessible. Area was nice and quiet with a couple pubs across the street. Staff was nice and friendly. I will say that if you purchase the breakfast package, it does get very crowded so I would get down to breakfast early. Overall, would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed for one week and the service was great. The room was spacious but not very clean. We had to wear shoes in the room, otherwise our socks turned black. The trash was not cleaned out when we first went into the room. The shower was clogged and almost flooded the bathroom. The bathroom had a mildew smell. "A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta!
