"The grand high Barcelona is definitely an excellent hotel with excellent service. There are a few things I didn't like about it. There's not a lot of restaurant around the area. The ice machine was not working. I was charged €93 it's a good thing. I was checking my credit card when I asked them. They told me that it was a mistake and they will credit me back the amount. The lady manager was great very accommodating, but the male manager Christian wasn't very accommodating to us. Housekeeping also was an issue. I found that every day I was calling for tissue or towel that they forgot to replace but overall a very nice hotel. Would I stay there again definitely Yes!!"
