"The service at this hotel (both daytime and nighttime) was exceptional. David was particularly attentive and charming. Location was great for shopping on Las Ramblas. Although it was noisy outside at night, it was quiet in the room once the patio door was closed. The best part was wine on the rooftop from 7-8pm. Would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful property with friendly staff. Comfortable room with quaint balcony in the heart of everything. We did notice bedding liner had stains. Was pretty gross but we had already spent 3 nights on it so not much we could do at that point. Also, bar in main floor was always closed which i wasnt happy about because it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel but since it was close to many other places we made due. Overall, good visit. "Mt family and I secured 3 rooms in this hotel and we were extremely happy with it. The hotel was so conveniently located and very beautiful. My husband doesn't usually comment on hotels but he said he loved this one. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were so clean and just gorgeous. There are taxis right outside the side entrance if needed and hotel staff were very helpful with everything we asked about. Only recommendations would be to include robes for your guests and make-up mirrors...

"Fantastic location, some noise at night with window open but very quiet with window closed. Room was very clean and maintained. Bed was comfortable, shower good. Hot tub and steam room was a nice touch. Would come back again. Only complaint was with hotels.com on the misleading advertising of a room with a bathtub. Management informed us upon arrival that none of the rooms have a bath tub. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was that it supposedly had a tub."
