Friendly helpful staff- especially John, who treated us like we had been friends for years. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortabl, including a hot chocolate stand i. The lobby and lumbar cushions on chairs and benches in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced."
