"We were lucky to stay while they had a special going on. The hotel, room and people were nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant, Hearth and Song. The restaurant was cold so by the time we made it back to our table the food was cold. They had listed prime rib with horseradish sauce and au ju but when asked where it was they said they didn’t have any. Food and desserts were ok. Use of the trolley to go back and forth to the park was really nice."

"The property itself was well maintained with a warm and inviting staff. The holiday decor was lovely and the vibe in the hotel was fun. Groups were at the fire pit hanging out singing and it was just a fun place to stay. The room itself had some issues with lights and lack of working lights but other than that it was a perfect stay."

"This is a great hotel! Our only issue was the day shift front desk person. Both she and the morning coffee person were very rude. So, if you don’t care that much about southern hospitality, then I say you can’t go wrong with this property!"
