"The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of water pressure in the kitchen, I believe it was just bad showerheads. My biggest complaint is that the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. "The house was amazing, big, comfortable and in a great area. Beside the little problems with the water and light. The wifi didn't work. This was something out of their control but the owners responded very quickly and respectful. I will rent the property again. Enjoy my vacation with my family in this house."

"Villa Cofresí is an incredible gem. Family-run and it shows. They were accommodating from the moment we arrived. Restaurant was great and beach access couldn’t be beaten. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful hotel, especially the suites with kitchenette. Food, drinks, and wait staff at the restaurant, were excellent and reasonably priced. The pools are great and clean. They are performing some renovations and expanding. Suggest calling to insure a quieter room. Elsie and Wilson, at the front desk, were awesome and very accommodating. Parking on site is very easy, with a small daily fee. Crash Boat beach is only a few minutes drive from this hotel. The parking stalls at the beach are free, so don’t get scammed. Also, you can park along road. Be aware of “green spaces “. They are not marked and you’ll get a ticket ($50-200 or more), which is not easy to dispute. Still is one of the best beaches in PR, with food vendors (reasonably priced) and the best smoothies and drinks. "

"I needed a last minute, budget friendly hotel, and let me tell you I was shocked. The room I got was probably the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in, and it was definitely outdated. But it was clean and comfortable, and I had the whole ocean in front of me to myself. I was so relaxed that I ended up extending my stay for a few more days. To top it off, I forgot my favorite hat, and they actually called me to say they’d keep it for me if I ever came back which, trust me, I will. Not just for the hat, but because of how great the stay it was."

Spectacular sunsets and perfect relaxation

"This place is the BEST. I've been back numerous times. Right on the water's edge with a beautiful patio to watch the sunset and calm seas with hardly any waves; prefect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is awesome and so attentive; the place is spotless every time I've come. Everyone I've met while staying there is so nice and has also come back multiple times to the same spot. Its not fancy and there are no frills but that's the beauty of it! "

"We had the most amazing time at Villa Montana! The beach was gorgeous and restaurant had amazing food and really great drinks. We only saw the main pool which was very nice and right off the bar at the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was super kind and helpful, so props to the amazing staff. We ended up staying in one of the villas which was really nice, very clean and larger than we expected. We rented a car to drive to the resort from the airport in San Juan and it was an easy drive (depending on time of day / week might be some traffic but it was a beautiful drive and took about two hours). Plenty of parking throughout the resort. "
